My baby girl will celebrate her 7th birthday!
Unfortunately, this will be one more birthday without her forever family. :(
Even though we don't yet know exactly when we will travel, we wanted our Hadassah Peiwu to know that her family loves her and thinks of her everyday, so I ordered a special care package to be sent to her for her birthday, today. A birthday cake and candies to share! A new toy and a backpack labeled with her name so she will have somewhere to put anything that she brings home with her.

Hadassah Peiwu, your mommy loves you! It's hard to realize that we won't get to be with you this year. We had hoped that you might be home to celebrate this year with your whole family. Next year, sweet girl. Next year we wil celebrate the wonderful story of your life that God is weaving together. Hugs and kisses!
