How should we celebrate the Moon Festival today?
Hmmmm....
Maybe with a few tasty moon cakes?
Don't they just look beautiful?
Maybe we need something else for our little family celebration, but what could it be?
How about a whole lot of jumping up and down,
yelling and screaming, and crying tears of joy!!!
OUR RA IS HERE!!!
(adoption lingo translation - China officially approved us to become Hadassah's family)
I'll post more photos later, but here is my favorite...

yeah!!!! Oh I just love that pic too. Are yall taking any of your kids with you?
ReplyDeleteT,
ReplyDeleteThe plan right now is for all the kids to stay home. (With whom is a HUGE question mark!!)
Finances are a big determining factor. For what it would cost to bring all of them, I could convince my husband that we could afford to bring another sweetie home!
Picking and choosing between them all is just too difficult. Plus even the thought of just bring Keziah is a little overwhelming. We expect her to regress some with a new sibling coming home, but the thought of her melting down in China while we're trying to comfort Hadassah just seems like way too much to handle. Sometimes she wants to go, and sometimes she just wants to stay home with grandparents to be spoiled rotten.
The current plan is just to enjoy some special time alone with our newest daughter.
Hmmmmm...but since God seems to be writing this plan...who knows?
Congrats!!!! just a few more steps to go!
