Keziah (and Hadassah) get to play soccer in the fall when they have a break from their normal Chinese dance class schedule. Now Keziah is NOT a die-hard soccer fanatic, but she has enjoyed playing the game. She was also really blessed this season with a GREAT coach! He worked on skills and encouraged the kids. Plus, he let parents know from the beginning...Winning? Not so important. Fun? VERY IMPORTANT!!!
1. She just got her ears pierced on her birthday. Since the earrings couldn't come out, she had to wear band-aids on her ears for the games. So not pretty!
2. One game while being the goalie, she took a ball to the stomach that had been kicked really hard. Ouch! Not fun! But after a few tears, she was right back in the game taking on the same boy who had kicked the ball...and she was not backing down at all.
