CROSS COUNTRY!!!
So guess what Josiah wanted to do this year?
YEP!
Cross country meets are not great photo opts.
Things we learned during Josiah's season -
1. He has great endurance! Right now the middle school course is usually only about 1 1/2 miles. In high school, they run a full 5 K (double - 3 miles plus).
2. His seasonal allergies cause him much more difficulty than we realized! Josiah started out the season with great times, but then was so gooped up that he just couldn't run at his best. Now we're looking into other medication options. Watch out for my boy next fall!
