Hadassah Lost a Tooth!

Hadassah lost a tooth today!

One of the tough things about both of our little girls having been adopted older has been that we've missed out not only on the first baby tooth coming in but also on the first one to fall out. 

For two days now I've endured listening to little Hadassah complain about her tooth hurting.  She's been begging to go see a doctor because her tooth hurt.  (Can you tell that we've spent way too much time at the doctor's office since she came home?)  It was just a loose baby tooth.  No big deal.  But it has been a BIG deal for her!  Everyone in the house and at school has received the priviledge of being informed that her tooth hurts.

After lunch, I got the priviledge of reinspecting the offending tooth.  It was loose, really loose, but also very tiny.  I grabbed her lunch napkin and gave that tooth a tug...POP!  Out it came!  A drink of water and few pictures and off to play. 

Hmmm...now how to explain the "Tooth Fairy" to her since all our kids know that all orders must be placed with their dad and sometimes he forget to make pick-ups and deliveries.
